inyourroots® to open early access for Budi in Summer 2026

inyourroots® has today confirmed that early access for Budi, its calm, strengths-first career discovery companion for 16–25-year-olds, will open in Summer 2026 (latest Autumn 2026).

Launching across Essex, Hertfordshire, and Suffolk, inyourroots® is building a strengths-first career discovery and job-matching ecosystem designed for young people who feel overlooked by traditional, CV and grades-led routes. Budi is designed to feel supportive, not stressful, helping young people discover what they are naturally good at, build real examples as they go, and take their next step at their own pace.

inyourroots® is also welcoming parents and carers who want a calmer, clearer way to support a young person, and local employers who want to back potential, not perfection.

What makes Budi different

• Strengths-first, not CV-first: Young people start with who they are and how they work best.
• Supportive by design: Calm, step-by-step guidance with no pressure, timers, or judgement.
• Real examples, not empty claims: Users build a live profile with practical proof as they go.
• Local roots: Early access is opening in small waves across Essex, Hertfordshire, and Suffolk.

Availability

Early access will open in small waves. Young people aged 16–25 can join the early access list for free. Parents, carers, and local employers can also register interest.
