Why I built inyourroots®
I’ve spent my career seeing hiring from the inside. After reviewing thousands of CVs and helping hundreds of businesses hire, I saw the same problem over and over. Brilliant young people were being overlooked simply because they didn’t fit a standard template. I built inyourroots® to be the connection I wish had existed: a way to find local talent based on what they’re naturally great at, not just what’s on paper.
